An enquiry is not a confirmed booking
Preparing a draft on this site does not reserve a date, select a companion or create a payment obligation. In demo mode, nothing is sent to an operator. You can revise or discard the draft in your browser, and a downloaded copy remains on your device until you remove it.
A future arrangement would need explicit written confirmation of the occasion, date, public venue, duration, fee and terms. Until those points are agreed, do not infer a booking from a page view, a form submission message or an illustrative photograph. The enquiry page explains the current workflow.
Ask about changes before paying anything
Request the cancellation and rescheduling conditions alongside the fee quote. Ask how notice should be given, which time zone applies to any deadline and how a change becomes accepted. If a charge depends on how close the outing is, the relevant periods and amounts should be stated clearly in writing.
This website has no checkout and publishes no deposit schedule. There is no site-wide rule promising free cancellation or requiring a non-refundable payment. Use the terms actually supplied for the proposed arrangement, and seek clarification if they conflict with the date, scope or expenses you expected. The price page separates companionship fees from other costs.
Separate venue costs from companionship
A restaurant deposit or performance ticket may be governed by the venue’s own conditions. Cancelling a companion outing does not automatically cancel those purchases. Before buying, check who is responsible for making each reservation, who will hold the ticket and what happens if one participant cannot attend.
Where possible, avoid committing to non-refundable extras before the underlying plan is confirmed. If a purchase is required early, acknowledge that explicitly rather than assuming somebody else will cover it. For live music and public events, entry times, transfer rules and programme changes also need checking directly.
If weather or the venue changes
A closed venue, heavy rain or a delayed arrival may make the original plan impractical. Discuss whether the outing should move to another staffed public place, change its start time or be postponed. Any revised plan should still respect the original platonic boundaries and independent travel arrangements.
A suggested alternative does not become accepted merely because it was sent. Confirm the new location, duration and any financial effect before proceeding. If a replacement does not work for either person, refer to the agreed cancellation conditions. There is no assumption here that a weather disruption automatically creates either a refund or a charge.
Keep a clear written record
If you need to cancel, identify the agreed outing, date and requested change in a concise message through the agreed contact channel. Keep a copy of the original terms and the response. Avoid sending unnecessary financial or identity information when asking about a cancellation.
Where a refund is agreed, confirm the amount, the party responsible, the method and the expected processing time. No refund processing system is connected to this website. The current demo contact details cannot receive or resolve a claim. Read the terms and boundaries together with any future written agreement before making a commitment.
